All recruitments are challenges. Our business is electronics, so we recruit a lot of technical profiles, especially engineers with specific skills, tech profiles, developers, AI specialists, data, etc. Part of the recruitment also focuses on very field-based profiles: maintenance, production, methods, etc.

An ATS, Job Boards… But No Dedicated Digital Recruitment Space at LACROIX
Thanks to the use of SmartRecruiters ATS, centralized recruitment tracking across the Group is ensured. To feed this ATS, the team uses several job boards, depending on the roles and needs.
But a crucial intermediate space was missing: a hub where all potential candidates could be redirected to get the information they needed about the Group. The goal: to be sufficiently transparent and explicit about LACROIX's positioning to trigger applications.

With a few recruitment pages on its corporate website, the Group wanted to go further by creating a separate site, entirely dedicated to talent: a landing space to understand everything about LACROIX, get answers to their questions, and more easily complete their application.
CleverConnect was able to support the Group in this endeavor and create this space: a career site as the central point of the talent journey before they become applicants.

For example, the recruitment teams explicitly present the steps of the process to reassure and provide a touch of transparency highly sought after by talent. They go even further by offering advice from their managers, so future candidates can prepare their interviews with selection criteria in mind.

The Results: More and More Visitors and Applications Thanks to the Career Site
1.5 years after the launch of its CleverConnect-powered career site, the LACROIX Group is seeing significantly increasing results at different stages of the recruitment process.
And the ability to analyze these results is already a first victory!
The primary benefit with CleverConnect's career site is that we can measure the conversion rate between regular visitors and those who apply and thus become candidates. We track the entire journey of a candidate present in our ATS thanks to the connection between the ATS and the career site.
And the results are very promising.
For the year 2024:
- 20% of applications received by LACROIX come from the career site, making the site a significant source of candidates.
- 24% of total hires made by LACROIX are resumes coming from the career site.
- 3% of applications received on the career site result in a hire. This figure is higher than the hire rates delivered by other platforms and demonstrates the importance of strong storytelling and a valued employer brand on the site. Candidates who apply are better informed about the company, its values, and job expectations.
And the quality of applications from the career site is up to par.
People who apply through our career site have already journeyed with LACROIX, researched us, and are not applying randomly. They already have a lot of information and know exactly what they will find with us.
