The Challenge

SUP INTERIM, which recruits over 3,000 positions monthly in France for clients across all sectors, absolutely must attract candidates. The need for visibility is essential, and attracting applications is a major part of the company's DNA.

Two main challenges faced SUP INTERIM before implementing the new career site, powered by CleverConnect:

  • Generate more applications
  • Improve the candidate journey

These two issues obviously work together, as the more optimized and personalized a candidate journey is, the more naturally applications grow. Indeed, a well-crafted candidate journey prevents abandonment and maximizes the chances of convincing candidates who easily find the offer that suits them and can apply easily.

We wanted a solution that would allow us to offer a faster, more fluid candidate experience on our digital channels.

A Manual Workload for Job Offer Entry

A third element completes this picture: the workload on SUP INTERIM's recruitment team, due to a complex digital ecosystem without connection. The teams notably had to double-enter job advertisements in several spaces to maximize visibility, which took considerable time for a task with little added value.

The Solution: An Ergonomic Career Site, 100% Integrated with the ATS

Reworking SUP INTERIM's career site addressed the company's three major challenges: an easy-to-manage tool with relevant functionalities for visitors, fully linked to the existing ATS.

Building on their partnership with CleverConnect via Meteojob (and its CV library), SUP INTERIM decided to further their collaboration, selecting our career site solution due to reasons Denis outlined.

1. CleverConnect's teams were the most advanced and relevant for our new career site project.
2. The possible link with our ATS and with Google for Jobs to facilitate the recruiters' work.
3. There was a promise, which was kept, that CleverConnect would adapt to our environment and our requests.

SUP INTERIM's new career site was launched with new relevant content, developed in parallel with a communications agency. This content found its place on pages specifically built for recruitment objectives:

  • Presenting the company and its expertise
  • Making offers accessible and readable
  • Facilitating applications, etc.

Since its launch, other useful functionalities have been added to the career site to further improve the experience of visitors who are then more easily converted into candidates.

This is the case with the store locator, which allows you to discover offers on an interactive map. It's also the case with the chatbot that we implemented to facilitate education for our potential candidates. Finally, we set up an accessibility feature that allows for a display adapted to different needs: visual impairment, dyslexia, color blindness, etc.

Results: A 66% Increase in Applications

The career site solution and the work done by SUP INTERIM and its partners have paid off.

Time saved is one of the first major results to mention since the implementation of the new site:

  • Time to post an offer divided by 2 (vs. the previous method without an ATS-integrated career site).
  • 🚀 Candidate journey accelerated by several minutes, drastically improving the conversion rate.
For example, we have an excellent conversion rate of 30% as of early 2025!

A Soaring Number of Applications!

Since the implementation of the new career site, the conversion rate has become increasingly attractive because the number of applications is sharply rising.

  • ✅ In 2024, SUP INTERIM recorded 66,846 applications on its career site offer pages.
  • 🤩 This is a 66% increase compared to 2023: year after year since its implementation in 2022, our career site has progressed in performance and results.
