CleverConnect establishes itself as the European champion of Candidate Experience with 42% growth in 2022
These are promising results in a context where the number of jobs advertised is 50% higher than 2020.
At the same time, according to a recent survey by LinkedIn, half of the European working population is looking for a new job (57%). A trend confirmed by the new record set in January 2023 on CleverConnect’s jobboard (meteojob.com) with more than one million applications.
The job market remains very dynamic and candidates stay confident in the opportunities available to them. However, companies are still facing a skills shortage and are aware they need to invest on candidate experience and the overall recruitment process to achieve their recruiting goals.
We are proud to announce a growth of 42% for 2022. This performance is driven by the extension of our offer, with solutions for employee referral programmes and candidate relationship management, as well as our European development.
