CleverConnect appoints Patricia de Tinguy as Human Resources Director and Xavier Sentuc as VP Alliances & Partnerships
Paris, March 6, 2023 – CleverConnect, the European champion of SaaS Talent Acquisition solutions, announces the appointment of Patricia de Tinguy as Human Resources Director and Xavier Sentuc as VP of Alliances & Partnerships. These appointments come at a particularly favourable context for the company, which recently announced a 42% growth for 2022.
Patricia de Tinguy, Human Resources Director
Patricia de Tinguy, appointed as Human Resources Director, joined CleverConnect in December 2022. Her mission is to support the group’s growth, in particular by strengthening and developing the skills of its 270 employees in France, Germany, Italy and Spain.
To this end, she will support the scaling of the teams and work with the management team to define an optimal work organisation.
Previously, Patricia de Tinguy was Human Resources Director at Ividata, a scale-up company specialising in big data consulting. They also assist start-ups with their HR issues.
Graduated from EM Lyon and HEC, Patricia de Tinguy began her career in the Bel Group before joining Kerneos and then Imerys, where she worked on international issues related to organisational definition, management support, staff training and managing the integration of new teams, particularly in the context of mergers and acquisitions.

Xavier Sentuc, VP Alliance & Partnerships
Appointed VP Alliances and Partnerships, Xavier Sentuc joined the CleverConnect teams in November 2022. He is responsible for structuring and organising the Alliances and Partnerships activity. Xavier’s mission is to develop strategic partnerships and drive product integrations with key players in the HR ecosystem. Key partners include the largest ATS(Applicant Tracking Systems) on the market such as Cegid, SAP SuccessFactors, Cornerstone and Oracle, as well as HR consultancies and integrators.
Xavier Sentuc has been working in the IT sector for 25 years. The last two years, he was Head of Business Process Outsourcing for UiPath, a robotic process automation start-up.
After obtaining an MBA from Harvard Business School, Xavier Sentuc worked successively for Siebel System, a CRM company, in charge of developing partnerships in Europe, and for Avaya, an international company specialised in business communications, in charge of developing the partnership with IBM. Finally, he worked for SAP SuccessFactors as EMEA Ecosystem and SME Market Director.
