CleverConnect, a leader for cloud-based recruiting solutions, announces the merger with Talentry, a leading Munich-based provider of talent relationship management solutions. Together they want to counteract the current unprecedented shortage of skilled workers with the most efficient and advanced technologies to help recruiters on a daily basis and offering fulfilling candidate experiences. After a financing round led by Digital Plus Partners in October 2021, this merger with Talentry and the 25 million euros investment in Germany in 2022 gets CleverConnect a step closer to its ambition of being the leading European champion for Talent Acquisition solutions.

While Europe is one of the most affected markets in terms of skills shortages, HR professionals are increasingly facing a lack of quality applications and rising international competition. In 2022, CleverConnect will realize over 70% growth in revenues and consolidate its leadership on the Talent Acquisition market, combining European expansion and product enrichment, both with internal and external operations.
