Just like you, we pay close attention to how safely the data that passes through our platform is processed. We make sure that all the dataflows generated by our modules meet GDPR requirements as well as the highest security standards. That said, our clients are always free to configure their own data management and data deletion setup in accordance with their unique specificities.

Our commitment to compliance goes the extra mile: CleverConnect has provided its teams with a Data Protection Officer (DPO) and an Information Security Officer (ISO). Together, they give their all to establish compliance with applicable regulations, and ensure the safety and traceability of the data we process in our modules – and in our entire information system at that. 

CleverConnect is ISO 27001-certified, providing certainty to our clients that our systems and processes are fully compliant with the highest international data protection standards. ISO 27001 covers our referral and CRM modules as well as our German teams, and is planned to extend to all CleverConnect teams and modules in the near future.
